Refund and Exchange Policy
At Micanga Swim, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. We only offer refunds in the case of defective products that are our fault.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags and hygienic liners still attached. Please note that any item that has been worn, washed, or damaged in any way by the customer will not be eligible.
To initiate an exchange or refund, please contact our customer service team at micangaswim@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our policy criteria, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Exchanges or refunds resulting from defective products that are our fault (including damaged or undelivered items) will otherwise be processed at no additional cost to the customer. All returns due to personal preference — such as fit, style, or quality — are not accepted.
